ABOUT
I am a detail-oriented instructional designer, developer, and eLearning Quality Assurance (QA) expert specializing in designing and developing engaging eLearning. Many clients also ask me to test and improve their current online courses or update their old eLearning modules.

I received an Educational Technology Master's degree and Online Teaching to Adult Learners graduate certificate from Boise State University. I successfully completed the "Applying the Quality Matters Rubric" program, which helps me evaluate the quality of online courses. I understand how adults learn and incorporate andragogy in course development. When designing eLearning, I follow multimedia principles that support learning. I also have knowledge of graphic design principles for learning. I am an expert in editing, proofreading, and evaluating online courses and documentation.
I currently work as an independent instructional designer. My clients include the World Bank Group, IFC (International Finance Corporation), Quimbee (online courses for law students, lawyers, and attorneys), ELM Learning, Visme, etc. I've reviewed online courses developed for Amazon, Apple, ESPN, Facebook, Google, Godiva, Indeed, NHPA, Mars, Microsoft, New York University, Twitter, YMCA, Petco, and more. I've participated as a course reviewer in the Blackboard Exemplary Course review program.
